Mr. Njagi is a Partner at Meru and Njagi Advocates. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has vast experience and interest in Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Banking, Environmental, Real Estate and Conveyancing Law. He has been engaged in multifaceted transactions both locally and internationally in a range of corporate and commercial trans-actions for companies with extensive business and investments in Africa including legal advisory, due diligence, and environmental compliance for government agencies.

He is in charge of our Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department thereby specializing in banking and financial services law, cross-border

practice, security documentation creation and review, assorted legal opinions on diverse issues to banking and financial services institutions, legal risk profiling, updates on legal, regulatory and compliance issues and changes in legislation; structuring credit facilities, negotiating commercial agreements; incorporation of business entities, re-capitalization, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, intellectual property rights; conveyancing and securities on immovable properties, advising commercial and residential property developers on compliance and financing arrangements, training of financial institutions and so on.
