Mr. Chiro is an associate at Meru and Njagi Advocates. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has vast experience in corporate affairs, compliance issues and commercial law practice, Intellectual property and conveyancing law. He has consulted diversly in commercial transaction serving both local and international clients and has ensured companies in diverse industries are compliant and up to date with new regulations and policies by developing company policies that are in line with the laws of the state.

He also has an interest in international relations and currently pursuing his Masters Degree in International Relations

at the United States International University where he is majoring in development and policy making. He is keen to working with non-working with non-governmental organizations in providing legal support in policy development and project management.

He handles both Commercial and Litigation matters at the firm including corporate, family, conveyancing, probate, regulatory and compliance issues, incorporation of entities, reviewing and negotiating commercial and financing contracts, securitization of intellectual property rights and conducting legal training for companies.
